• The duration of intended lease
• Escalation rate and rental

Should the prospective client meet our criteria, we are prepared to offer a tailor made solution to their requirements, from the initial design concept to eventual occupation of the building by the client.

Ansave Developments CC

As our business has evolved, we have had to expand our activities to include Property Development. To this end, we cater for this function under a seperate enterprise, Ansave Developments CC. The focus of Ansave Developments CC is the following:

Property Development

• Developments for resale
• Mainly industrial units

Building Management

• For a fixed monthly fee, we build & supervise the building project. Our fee varies between R25 000 to R50 000 per month, depending on the type of project, complexity and total building cost. Current projects include an industrial building in Saxenburg Park, Blackheath & a 904 m2 retail/commercial building at Nothgate Estate, Brooklyn. Also, we are in the planning stage for a further 1000 m2 retail/commercial building at Northgate Estate (Next to De La Rey Hardware).

Site Quality Control

• For a fee (usually 1 hour per day is sufficient), we make daily visits to Clients sites and monitor all aspects of the building work being undertaken. A Daily Visitation Report is left on site after each visit. The Client is then able to respond to quality issues almost immediately, thereby reducing wastage of building materials through early notification of quality issues. Current undertakings are a 168 unit business park in Parow Industria (Millennium Business Park being developed by the Millennium Capital Asset Trust).
